Golden Brown Crispy Fried Chicken

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Instructions:

1. One whole chicken cut up into 8 pieces or any 8 pieces of chicken you want.

2. Soak chicken for at least 3 hours in brine of 2 tsp salt, 4 cups of water, 2 tsp of sugar and 2 tsp white vinegar.

3. Take chicken out of water brine and pat dry with paper towel or napkin. 

4. Combine 1 tsp of each seasoning season salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried parsley. Liberally, season chicken with spice mixture.
